JewelMak Fine Jewelry is committed to excellence in design, quality,
service and price. To ensure your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange any jewelry purchased in its
original condition, exclusive of shipping charges, within 14 days.
All returns must be pre-authorized.
No returns will
be accepted without a return merchandise authorization number. Please e-mail info@jewelmak.com
or call 212-398-2999 x216 for an RMA number.
The following information is requested in
order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:

Reason for return

Your account number and company name

Copy of the
invoice from which merchandise was purchased
All returns will be credited to your account. These credits will be applied to purchases, not refunded.
Returns after 30 days from invoice date will be charged a 18% restocking fee.
Returns after 90 days from the invoice date will not be accepted and no RMA will be issued.
Any incomplete returns (i.e. 1/2 earring pair) will be assessed an extra cost for repair or replacement.
Merchandise returned that does not belong to JewelMak
Fine Jewelry, will be returned to the sender immediately.
Failure to follow these procedures, will
render any claim of this nature null and void.
